So what is the possibility of this? If it would be an impossible task then how could some websites stay on first page? Even you can get the position on the foremost search page, but for this you will have to work on certain factors one of which is the inbound links.

Back links, also known as external links or inbound links, are the links of other websites which appear in your website. They come from others websites. Some illustrations of inbound links are those posted on discussion forums or blog sites. Incoming links is the most vital aspect as it can attract large amount of people to your website. You can keep certain restrictions through popular search engines to measure the popularity of sites via inbound links. The more any website gets back links the high it is ranked in search engines’ list.
